Cancellations
Please be absolutely certain that you have chosen the correct products, sizes and quantities before hitting the payment button!

As all TVFMR online purchased products are made to individual customer order they cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

Once you have paid then your order is held for 24hours during which time you may request to cancel the entire or part order and obtain a relevant refund. (You must request cancellation within 24hours by emailing admin@tvfmr.com and citing name and order number.)

After 24 hours, your order will be sent to the supplier and can no longer be cancelled.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All TVFMR bags and accessories are made to individual customer order and, as such, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded except where items are lost or damaged in transit or where there are obvious production quality or printing errors. 

In addition gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE SUPPLIER DIRECT. ALL ISSUES MUST BE REPORTED VIA EMAIL TO  MERRYN@TVFMR.COM. 

You will need to provide photographic evidence of damage or quality issues and which will then be passed to the supplier for review. Where claims are accepted the supplier will then handle all replacements and refunds.
