Shipping policy

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
The View From My Rear uses high quality, British, American and European made-to-order supplier-partners to print, assemble and ship all products.  When a customer places an order the details are automatically sent to the relevant partner company which then makes and ships the goods. Orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of being placed and by emailing merryn@tvfmr.com with name and order number.

We have no direct control over shipping as this is effected by our suppliers and cannot guarantee delivery times. However, as a general rule, 'MerrynW' bags and accessories take between 7-10 days from order to delivery based on customer location, product type and size of order whilst 'BagFab' products typically take 10-15 days.

Our Print-on-Demand partner is responsible for advising customers in relation to order acknowledgement, order production and advising in relation to shipping methods and services via the email supplied at the time of order.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all communication details and delivery addresses are accurate and correct. 

IMPORT DUTY
Certain products shipped to certain locations may be subject to local import taxes and duties. All such taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
